Who We Are and What We Do | E24 Land

who we are and what we do

Get to know us! E24 Land is a family-owned business founded on the love of the outdoors and an active lifestyle. We are two brothers that grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. One still lives in Missouri and the other in Florida with our families. We enjoy fishing, boating, camping, golfing, and generally experiencing simple beauty only in natural settings.

We want to share with you a little more about us and how we got to where we are today. Read on to get to know us!

Get To Know us – Our Inspiration

get to know us land for sale the outdoors

A spirit of adventure and the principles of being close to nature were taught to us by our father. The legacy he left us was an appreciation of nature—the best way to experience this is by owning land. Loving our land and keeping our lives anchored to it provides an uncomplicated place to recharge our batteries.

Our land is a place to make memories that last a lifetime and pass them down for many generations. The best memories are our summers spent camping by the lake. We would go out swimming all day, catching crawdads in the shallows, exploring in the woods, and then come back to the campsite to retell our adventures.

The evenings were spent talking and playing cards around a campfire while mom and grandma cooked up the fish dad and grandpa caught that day for dinner.

If I close my eyes, I can still smell that combination of a wood fire, cornmeal, and strong coffee.

Get To Know us – Our Business

get to know us selling land

More than 30 years ago, we started a business with real estate and rental property. Roughly four years ago we decided to pivot away from the housing side of the company and focus on buying and selling land in Florida, Colorado, Nevada, Virginia, Arizona, and Missouri. We search to find great land deals and pass the savings on to our customers.

We also offer easy owner financing on all the properties with low down payments, low monthly payments, and no credit check.

Once the property is paid in full, you receive a warranty deed, not a special warranty deed or quitclaim deed plus a free and clear title.

So, whether you want to build a dream home, a location to retire, a weekend getaway, a winter retreat, a base camp for your recreational activities, or to find a piece of property to hold as a long-term investment – we can help you find it.

Get To Know us – 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

get to know us 90 money back guarantee

We understand that you may not have an opportunity to visit the land during the purchase process. Because of this, we give you 90 days to confirm it is as we described.

Customers in good standing may have all principles/monies refunded or applied to another property in our inventory (except non-refundable documentation fee, note servicing fee, and taxes/HOA).

Cash sales are final once recorded with the county due to the additional taxes, recording fees, and required process steps. Although, we may make arrangements to repurchase the property.
